Shipping policy
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for orders over $50 within the Spokane, Washington and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho areas. Available delivery areas are calculated at check out based on recipient zip code. Should the recipient zip code fall outside of the offered delivery areas, please call the shop directly at (509)724-0217 to check availability.
Deliveries are made from 10:00AM to 5:30PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Requested delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but will be accomodated when possible.
Delivery Attempts
For residential addresses: If the intended recipient is not available at time of delivery, the arrangement will be left at, or near the front door. Upon delivery, sender will receive an email confirming delivery.
For commercial, business, or other addresses: If the intended recipient is not available at time of delivery, and an appropriate or secure drop of location is not available, the arrangement will not be delivered. The sender can choose to attempt delivery at a later time (no more than 24 hours after initial attempt) for an additional delivery fee equal to the original delivery fee, or pick up from the Adelaide Co. Floral studio can be arranged by the sender or recipient. In either instance, a phone call and follow up email will be made to the sender via the provided contact information at check out.
Incorrect Address: Adelaide Co. Floral is not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address provided by sender/customer. Such deliveries are the responsibility of the sender/customer and will not be refunded or collected by Adelaide Co. Floral. Sender/customer assumes all loss, damages, and responsibility for such purchases.
Weather
Adelaide Co. Floral is not held responsible or liable for damages to orders after delivery during extreme weather events including but not limited to cold, heat, or wind. All attempts will be made to secure orders in a safe location away from elements, but is not guaranteed based on delivery location. Sender/customer assumes all responsibility for orders after delivery is made. Refunds, exchanges, or replacements will not be made for orders effected by weather if recipient is not present at time of delivery. If sender/customer wishes to reschedule a delivery before it is attempted due to inclimate weather, please contact the shop at (509)724-0217. Such reschedules are not guaranteed but will be accomodated when possible.
