Refunds/Exchanges/Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final and non-refundable. We love our flowers and hope you do too! Should you have questions or are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact Adelaide Co. Floral within 24 hours of receipt so we may discuss how to best serve you. Adelaide Co. Floral is not responsible for damages, improper flower care, or mishandling that may occur by customer after delivery has been made. 

Cancellations

Order cancellations can be made by emailing desiree@adelaidecofloral.com or by calling Adelaide Co. Floral at (509)724-0217. Order cancellations must be received within 48 hours to be eligible for a refund to the original payment method. All order cancellations made after 48 hours are not guaranteed. All order cancellations will be fully refunded less a 5% processing fee. The 5% processing fee is based on the total transaction amount paid.
